I continue to study myself and have not only led several 1:1 classes, but also group events and classes, workshops and corporate yoga.

During pregnancy, it is important to stay active and get to know your new shapes and feelings. I will be happy to accompany you on this journey and create practices adapted to you and your needs at each stage of pregnancy.
