Pregnancy Yoga

The period of pregnancy brings with it numerous changes, both physical, but also mental and emotional. During pregnancy it is often difficult to find a way to adapt to your own new shape and needs, which continue to change week after week.

 

However, it is important to stay active and get to know your own body, to prepare for the birth of the baby, and to create space to connect with it.

 

If the mother is well, her baby feels the energy of positivity and serenity, making pregnancy a truly sweet time.
